Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, facilitating training and development programs, and maintaining employee records.
