We're seeking a seasoned Data Migration Expert to spearhead our data transition process.

Job Description:

A key member of our team will be responsible for ensuring seamless data transfers from legacy platforms to cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Migrations: Develop and implement AI-driven data migration strategies to guarantee high-quality results.
  • Pipeline Development: Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage large datasets.
  • Data Transformation & Modelling: Acquire in-depth knowledge of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to streamline data handling.
  • Migration Support: Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences during the migration process.
  • Documentation: Establish clear documentation processes for data handling and pipeline management.
Requirements:
  • Experienced Applicants:
    • High cognitive abilities required for complex problem-solving.
    • A preference for minimal meetings, enabling focus time to deliver tasks effectively.
  • All Applicants:
    • Customer migration experience: A minimum of 20 successful customer migrations is essential.
