Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

In this role, you will support our hiring efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and exposure to real-world hiring strategies at a growing SaaS startup.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience.
