Key Responsibilities:- Identify suitable candidates for executive roles by leveraging your expertise in competency-based interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Administer psychometric assessments, interpret reports, and create summary reports to support clients' hiring decisions.
- Maintain client confidentiality, provide timely updates, and manage the end-to-end search process to ensure seamless integration of executives into their new roles.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach, facilitating chemistry meetings and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment to make informed hiring decisions.
- Excellent planning, follow-up, and execution skills to deliver results-driven solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
