About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead our recruitment and HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees. You will work closely with leadership to drive business outcomes through effective talent management and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads and manage candidate applications across various platforms, utilizing expertise in digital marketing and applicant tracking systems.
  • Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their tenure with the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, serving as a liaison between departments and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
