About the Role

This is a senior-level position within our HR department, ideal for an accomplished professional with expertise in managing HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, compliance, audits, and process optimization.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements and monitor labor law updates.
  5. Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate.
  6. Guide the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
  7. Partner with leadership to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
  8. Drive continuous learning and development, digital transformation, and foster a future-ready workforce.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
  • Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
