HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to drive our team's success.

• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations
  • Create compelling job descriptions and oversee the end-to-end hiring process
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet staffing needs
  • Build employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace
• People & Culture
  • Foster a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
  • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values
• Performance & Growth
  • Define key performance indicators, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
  • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams
• Compliance & HR Operations
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.)
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism
  Requirements:
  • A people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws in India
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
