Job Title: Talent Acquisition AssociateWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand the specific qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
  • Utilize job boards, such as Indeed, to search for potential candidates.
  • Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively.
  • Review and analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms or emails.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
  • Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
  • 2 – 6 years relevant work experience
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
