Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering timely closures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. They will also collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.

Bulk and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms, referrals, and networking. Promote candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.

Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership. Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or start-up environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes
