Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can manage regional administrative activities, including team management, vendor management, and facility operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, as well as experience in conflict management and working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Ownership: Managing regional admin activities/operation & admin team, defining scope and KRA's of team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Communicating and co-ordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Direct reporting to zonal admin head – TCSiON on day-to-day activities, incident management etc., monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses.
  • Team Coordination: End-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management and team coordination, ensuring zero incidents on exam day related to admin services.
  • Talent Development: Helping in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, defining and deploying control and monitoring mechanisms for admin teams within regions.
  • Process Standardization: Ensuring standardisation of processes at all exam venues, regional vendor management, and support to zonal heads in finalising contracts and vendor invoices.
  • Governance and Compliance: Governance over Vidz/Lisp partners, regular meetings, and closure of audit points, contract management, and maintaining legal compliances for all venues.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
  • Facility Management: Experienced in soft services facility management.
  • Leadership Experience: Must have managed a team.
  • Conflict Management: Experience in conflict management.
  • Adaptability: Willing to work, learn, and perform under extreme pressure.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel.
  • Local Governance: Good liaisoning with police and other local government departments.
  • Vendor Management: Vendor management skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, strong analytical and logical understanding.
