We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our South Asia Operational Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Trip Leaders who deliver exceptional experiences for our clients on Land tours in South India and Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing Trip Leaders based on their cultural fit with our organization's values.">
  • Create hiring and training plans to ensure all departures are staffed with top performers.">
  • Conduct Trip Leader meetings and training sessions in an office environment and on-the-road simulations.">
  • Cultivate Regional Excellence through live coaching of Trip Leaders via phone calls, video conferences, and in-person interactions.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances (Travel industry is preferred).">
  • A strong and engaging leader with excellent communication skills, flexibility, analytical thinking, creativity, independence, and organizational abilities.">
  • Detailed knowledge of South India and Sri Lanka.">
  • A proven ability to motivate teams while fostering relationships built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.">
  • General administrative skills, including working knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel).">
