This position involves managing key customer relationships, driving business growth, and acting as a bridge between client needs and product solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Delivering insightful product presentations and solutions to customers
- Maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts, and call reports
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood and fulfilled
- Providing after-sales service and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
