As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer marketing objectives.
This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and analytical skills to build strong relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Plans – Collaborate with customers to understand their marketing objectives, develop customized solutions, and present Google advertising products to help achieve their goals.
- Manage Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service, support, and value-added services.
- Analyze Customer Data – Utilize data analytics tools to analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with internal stakeholders, including account managers, sales teams, and product specialists, to ensure seamless execution of customer campaigns.
- Drive Business Growth – Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and increase market share.
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Experience – 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or a digital marketing role.
- Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Google advertising products.
