Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and profitability of our business in the India region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our goals, as well as mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Translate business goals into actionable strategies that drive results.
  • Lead initiatives to increase sales volume and market share through innovative marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across hierarchies internally and externally.
  • MBA - Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent project management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
