The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering AI/ML solutions that drive business outcomes. This role demands someone who can navigate complex project lifecycles, translate technical solutions into business impact, and manage stakeholder expectations.

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with a consulting background and a strong academic foundation from a top institution. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, delivery discipline, and excellent communication skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, delivery, and value realization.
  • Act as the voice of the client, aligning internal teams and driving business impact.
  • Navigate complex AI/ML project lifecycles, from scope definition to deployment and adoption.
  • Translate technical solutions into business value, managing risks and expectations.
  • Drive client engagement and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor project success metrics and proactively resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of total experience, with 4-5+ years in data/AI/ML project environments. Strong experience in consulting firms or client-facing technology delivery roles is required.

Demonstrated ability to deliver AI/ML solutions that drive business impact is essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
