About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive revenue growth through effective strategies and partnerships.

You will be responsible for overseeing revenue and distribution functions, managing revenue growth of hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes, as well as leading teams to execute strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful commercial strategies for partners
  • Maintain a culture that replicates the founder's vision across all actions undertaken on behalf of partners
  • Monitor market trends to adjust strategies for maximizing room sales and revenue for hotels/holiday homes/hotel apartments
  • Assist the founder in creating revenue budgets and forecasts for all departments
  • Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts according to trends
  • Organize weekly revenue meetings with the founder to ensure sales strategies are executed and supervise sales and marketing actions
  • Leverage best practices in revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets to drive business growth
  • Maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels and develop systems to grow business opportunities for partners
  • Pursue accurate records of controls applied to all systems
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing price and strategy suggestions to Commercial teams
