Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Strategist & Commercial Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective pricing strategies and commercial finance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing goals and strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial finance matters, including profit optimization, cost reduction, and cash flow management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance degree with 8-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of strong experience in pricing, commercial finance, business case evaluation, and strategic finance partnering.
  • Prior exposure to client negotiations, commercial term structuring, and deal governance frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, cost drivers, and pricing mechanics across service-based industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (modelling), PowerPoint (storytelling).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.
