Job Title: Senior Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Manager to lead our pricing and packaging initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments across product and marketing touch-points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute pricing and packaging experiments
  • Determine optimal price points using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Design teams
  • Conduct deep market and user behavior research
  • Optimize the subscription funnel

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles
  • Tier 1 academic background in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks
