Pricing Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our pricing strategy, customer and market analytics, and managing multi-source data framework to support go-to-market strategy and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Framework Development: Develop pricing frameworks including product pricing curves, consumption-based models, tiered packaging, and value-based models.
  • Benchmarking Pricing Approaches: Benchmark pricing approaches across the data and AI ecosystem, including subscription, per-user, usage-based, API-driven, and performance-based models.
  • Evaluating Pricing Considerations: Evaluate pricing considerations such as usage metrics, scalability constraints, SLAs, and value-added services.
  • Analyzing Customer Behavior: Analyze customer behavior, adoption trends to support Product Led Growth (PLG).
  • Market Sizing and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, segmentation based on customer workflows, use cases.
  • Performance Metrics and Dashboards: Define and monitor performance metrics; prepare dashboards for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, customer analytics, or business intelligence roles, ideally in a technology-enabled data services or SaaS company.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B enterprise customers, especially how companies combine data, analytics, software, and AI to create value for their customers.
  • Pricing Models: Familiarity with prevailing pricing models in the data and AI ecosystem.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Data models, CRM like SFDC, and MS Office.
