Role Summary:

A highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist is sought after to collaborate with our team in developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, including the OECD guidelines, and excellent analytical and consulting skills.

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and CbC reports, in accordance with OECD guidelines and local country regulations.
  • Conduct detailed functional analyses (FAR analysis) to identify functions performed, assets utilized, and risks assumed by related parties.
  • Analyze financial data, prepare financial models, and perform profitability analyses to support transfer pricing policies and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of transfer pricing policies and assist in periodic review and update of existing policies to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
  • Identify potential transfer pricing risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) are a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in transfer pricing, either within a consulting firm, a multinational corporation's in-house tax department, or a Big Four accounting firm.
