Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Transfer Pricing (Taxation) and International Taxation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably with a postgraduate qualification.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Oversee transfer pricing projects under established procedures">
  • Mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters">
  • Identify international transactions, draft the FAR analysis and conduct benchmarking studies">
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and reports">
  • Possess expertise in tax litigation, interpreting case law and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers">
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing relevant forms and addressing related issues">
  • Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms">
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations">
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE">
  • Have hands-on knowledge of Global Transfer Pricing regulations and compliance">
  • Assist in TP planning, structuring and BEPS-related compliance">
  • Support client engagements across advisory, documentation and litigation services">
  • Draft intercompany agreements">

Eligibility Criteria and Minimum Requirements

  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel">
  • Strong analytical, research and communication abilities">
  • Familiarity with and the ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools">
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field is required">

  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing">
