Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on transfer pricing matters, ensuring compliance with global regulations and OECD guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of transfer pricing study reports from the standpoint of Global Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
  • Providing updates on recent developments and amendments in Transfer Pricing to relevant entities.
  • Assisting countries in preparing Transfer Policy, completing TP Audit, and other related tasks.
  • Compiling and preparing details/working required by Transfer Pricing Auditors for TP Audit.
  • Preparing submissions in relation to Transfer pricing assessments to be made before Transfer Pricing officers.
  • Preparing CbyC filing Master filing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with analytical ability, presentation skills, and strong time management skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp business knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, performance under pressure, and multi-tasking in multicultural environments.
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to deal with challenging assignments.
  • Education qualification: CA with post-qualification relevant experience of a minimum of 2 to 4 years is required.
