Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and providing technical guidance to our tax team.

About the Role:

  • Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation for entities in the US and Canada.
  • Manage preparation of transfer pricing reports, local files, and master files in line with IRS and CRA requirements.
  • Support planning, implementation, and defence of transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions.
  • C coordinate with stakeholders and global teams on transfer pricing matters, audits, and inquiries.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with evolving transfer pricing rules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) along with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ years of transfer pricing experience with US and Canadian regulations, ideally in a shared services or Big 4 environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing rules, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in tax/transfer pricing software and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

  • Experience with cross-border transactions and audit defence.
