Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Transfer Pricing Expert to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of transfer pricing.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with teams and clients, exceeding client expectations through exceptional service delivery. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting transfer pricing studies and documentation;
  • Preparing and filing accountant reports in Form 3CEB;
  • Drafting submissions, appeals, and other documents for tax authorities;
  • Conducting benchmarking studies using databases such as Prowess and Capitaline;
  • Suggesting arm's length arrangements through advisory planning memos;
  • Representing clients before tax authorities;
  • Assisting in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments;
  • Involving in key transfer pricing planning assignments, including cost allocation, profit shifting, and low-risk model agreements;
  • Drafting intercompany agreements and intellectual property restructuring documents.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Cost Accounting (CS), or a Master's degree in Finance;
  • 1-2 years of experience in transfer pricing;
  • Strong technical knowledge and clarity of concepts;
  • Leadership qualities, creative thinking, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work with people;
  • Persistent and persuasive mindset.
