Job Title:

A Transfer Pricing Expert with a strong analytical background is sought to lead and manage transfer pricing projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data analysis, research, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with and the ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidate must hold a CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com degree with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under established processes.
  2. Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters.
  3. Identify international transactions, draft the FAR analysis and conduct benchmarking analysis.
  4. Prepare transfer pricing documentation and draft comprehensive study reports.
  5. Possess experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers.
  6. Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 15CA, 15CB and other related issues.
  7. Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms.
  8. Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations.
  9. Demonstrate a strong learning mind set and willingness to stay updated on TP laws.
  10. Have hands on Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance.
  11. Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance.
  12. Draft intercompany agreements.
