Commercial Leader - Biologics CDMO

This role will oversee the company's global marketing strategy and sales operations to ensure a high-performance commercial organisation.

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and visibility across biologics services.
  • Manage sales operations, including inside sales, RFP management, Salesforce administration, analytics, and process optimisation.
  • Drive customer centricity through smooth engagement from proposal through delivery.
  • Partner with senior commercial leadership to align marketing and sales operations with revenue growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years experience in Biologics CDMO or similar field.
  • Strong track record in strategic marketing and sales operations leadership.
  • Expertise in managing RFP teams, CRM systems, and inside sales functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
