We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our retail presence in the market.
Job Summary
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and marketing. As a Business Development Executive, you will be working closely with our sales and brand teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with store owners and track the performance of our products in their stores.
- Take regular feedback from store owners and pass it on to your team to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Help strategize and plan initiatives to increase footfall and visibility in stores.
- Research and identify new sports and fitness stores in your region and provide detailed reports on pricing, quality, and positioning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with store owners and customers.
- Ability to analyze data and create distribution analysis across offline channels.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sports and fitness industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Able to travel frequently (approximately 6 days a week) with occasional work-from-home or office options.
