Your primary focus will be on technical recruitment, where you will source and select talented individuals to fill key roles within our client's organizations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and communicating job requirements effectively.
  • Negotiating employment offers and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and employment offers.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a startup environment.
  3. Advanced knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
