Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking a talented Employer Branding Specialist to join our Global Recruiting Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to develop and implement engaging employer brand initiatives that attract top talent worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with recruiters, marketing teams, and design teams to drive authentic storytelling and build a compelling employer brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with recruiters to understand hiring goals and translating them into compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Utilizing AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Cultivating employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across various platforms
  • Building and supporting internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones
