Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through reputable job boards and websites.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events to promote team building and company culture.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is a plus.
