Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to spearhead our expansion in the travel industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with travel agents, ensuring they integrate our platform and provide exceptional support.

You will also be responsible for driving business growth through innovative solutions, analyzing market trends, and developing targeted strategies to increase active partner participation and overall transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard key travel agents, providing tailored expertise and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase net revenue, optimize inventory levels, and maintain rate competitiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish and maintain partner relationships, train travel agent partners on our product, and generate actionable insights from market intelligence reports.
  • Negotiation and Strategy: Foster strong relationships with clients, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our product.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from a reputable institution
  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
