We're seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in program management, strategy development and execution, sharp analytical skills, and deep knowledge of the eCommerce/ Omnichannel/ D2C industry.

Job Description:

  1. Define End-to-End Program Strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for product and technology initiatives.
  1. Collaborate with engineering leads and business stakeholders to align program goals with company objectives.
  2. Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements while balancing competing priorities.
  1. Assess Market Evolution and competition strategies, impact of changing regulatory environment on ecommerce & retail industry, and implications for Samsung's D2C business.
  2. Identify new growth hacks, ie, initiatives and partners to accelerate sales and traffic growth (online | offline | Omni-channel).
  3. Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth.
  4. Present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
  5. Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  6. Incubate New Strategic Partnerships and initiatives.
  7. Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.
