Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Manager for our India Bangalore office to lead our HR function with a global perspective. As part of our Asia Head of HR team, you will partner with senior leadership in India to build our company through continued growth plans. You will oversee HR operations, advise on HR issues across the employee life cycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

**Talent Acquisition: **
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates and manage campus hiring initiatives.

**HR Business Partnering: **
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices supporting strategic growth.
  • Provide HR expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective HR practices and initiatives.

**Strategic HR Initiatives: **
  • Drive delivery of talent processes and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead core HR processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycles, and promotions.
  • Analyze and interpret employee data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.

What We're Looking For

We seek an experienced HR professional with a background in technology businesses who can effectively partner with senior stakeholders. You should have a good balance between leading and executing daily HR routines, knowledge of HR practices and employment law for India, and self-motivated qualities like organization, accuracy, confidence, authenticity, results-orientation, open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and energy.

Estimated Salary Range

In line with industry standards for this role and location, we estimate the salary range to be ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure includes non-monetary benefits and allowances. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.
