Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing team in a global high-tech company.
About the Role- Act as a strategic partner to management teams, driving business success through effective talent management and organizational design.
- Provide guidance and coaching on all HR aspects, including talent development, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Build strong relationships with employees, identifying people needs and talent requirements, and addressing them proactively.
- Collaborate with managers to improve work relations and resolve employee relation issues.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from pre-boarding to off-boarding.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and provide guidance on processes and policies.
- Manage HR administration, maintain employee data, create reports, and perform data analytics.
- Work closely with the global HR and COE teams to design, develop, and integrate HR processes, practices, and initiatives.
- Engage with recruitment to meet talent acquisition needs.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position in a global high-tech company, working with various levels of employees and leaders.
- Experience working with Engineering, R&D, and Product functions in a software business.
- A true passion for people, excellent listening skills, and a positive attitude.
- You must be self-motivated, independent, proactive, and able to lead with empathy and assertiveness.
- A great team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, understanding of the business environment, and goals, with a proven track record of successful work relationships across HR and other business functions.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools and HR systems.
- Knowledge of OD models and best practices.
- Experience in recruitment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. The actual compensation will depend on your level of experience and qualifications.
