We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Corporate B2B Sales to drive growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate sales in the health sector and a proven ability to drive revenue targets.
The role involves developing and implementing a robust B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients in the healthcare industry. This includes identifying new business opportunities, aligning sales efforts with the company's overall business objectives, and negotiating contracts with key corporate clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Negotiating contracts with key clients
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in the health industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate accounts. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly corporate healthcare solutions.
Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
