As a senior executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions within time limits
- Collaborate with financial institutions for documentation purposes
- Facilitate customer registration and processing
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Liaise with departments such as account, legal, and liaison
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with regulations related to the industry, specifically department of stamp duty & registration
- Ability to work with AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
