Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Innovate new campaign approaches and identify opportunities for improving deliverability.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, creative, and product teams to drive campaign execution and success.
  • Analyze project outcomes and serve as a key point of contact for campaign performance and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM campaigns in operations roles at high-growth or technology companies.
  • Proficiency in SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
