Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.
- Innovate new campaign approaches and identify opportunities for improving deliverability.
- Collaborate closely with technical, creative, and product teams to drive campaign execution and success.
- Analyze project outcomes and serve as a key point of contact for campaign performance and optimization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM campaigns in operations roles at high-growth or technology companies.
- Proficiency in SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
