Global Customer Support Leader Wanted
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our global customer support operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Managing L1/L2 teams and driving escalation resolution
- Building and implementing support SLAs, SOPs, and QA metrics
- Managing NPS scores and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Customer Support/Experience roles for SaaS platforms
- Experience managing global enterprise accounts (US & EMEA preferred)
- Familiarity with DevOps/SaaS support ecosystem
- Excellent English communication and escalation management skills
- Strong KPI management, data analytics, and customer engagement skills
