Job Overview:

To deliver exceptional customer support, we seek a Support Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our support operations.

This individual will lead and manage the Support team, focusing on delivering timely and effective support to customers.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a customer-centric approach, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Understand customer needs and expectations to provide effective support.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the Support team.
  • Provide technical guidance to the Support team and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and measure key metrics for customer support (SLA's, CSAT, Response and Resolution Time).
  • Oversee the resolution of customer issues through various channels.
  • Monitor and maintain service level agreements for support response and resolution times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Support for a B2B SaaS platform company.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, presentation, and documentation skills.
