Role & responsibilities
1. Overseeing Daily Operations:

- Policy and procedure development:They create and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
3. Managing Teams and People:
- Leadership and motivation:They lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale.

- Performance management:They monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
4. Ensuring Compliance and Quality:
