The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the headquarters on key initiatives and reporting on branch performance. They will oversee day-to-day operations at the location, manage resources for driver, gunman & custodian hubs, plan routes, assign duties, and conduct audits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations
  • Resource management for driver, gunman & custodian hubs
  • Route planning and assignment of duties
  • Audit and inspection of operations
  • Timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing as per client requirements
  • Administration and monitoring of operations in line with agreed SLA
  • Carrying out surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes
  • Supporting ATM Executives in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting daily operations
  • Maintenance of hassle-free operations by administration of requirements and ensuring availability
  • Preparation of crew rosters based on route dispatch times
  • Keeping hardcopies of Takeover & Handover documents for ATMs
  • Implementation of all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations
  • Timely dispatching of routes from Branch/Vault Office
  • Following up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment
  • Briefing teams on assigned tasks, SOPs, and operations
