Senior Loan Operations Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end loan processing for our India branches and servicing activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management:
    • Perform duties of checker for assigned activities diligently.
    • Work as SME for process.
    • Nurture team members.
    • Understand process/policies of Bank and adhere to needs.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver high-quality service to enhance function's reputation and meet customer expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within the organization.
    • Support and resolve customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing loan operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance management, and culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of team. Assist in training and development of individuals to ensure high level of job knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Perform checking process on operational issues escalated by less experienced members of team.
    • Perform reconciliation of any daily pending transactions.
    • Support Head of Department in achieving department's KPIs set by Branch Management.
