Job Title: Strategic Market Expansion Manager

About the Role:

The Assistant General Manager – India Markets will lead market entry & growth strategies for India, expand distribution networks & strategic alliances, and drive market intelligence, customer engagement & deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market entry strategies to expand the company's presence in India
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and customers
  3. Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in India Pharma market entry, Sales & BD
  • Expertise in B2B Pharma (APIs & Formulations) and regulatory understanding
  • Proven network with decision-makers in pharma
  • Leadership experience in the pharma industry is also preferred
