Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Objectives:

  • Develop targeted sales plans for assigned markets or territories, identifying high-potential clients and forecasting industry trends.
  • Monitor sales performance, initiate corrective actions as needed, and ensure adherence to operational criteria at the territory level.
  • Identify business opportunities across multiple channels, create pursuit strategies, and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to execute orders within predefined timelines and standards.
  • Ensure timely collections from clients, efficient dispatch of goods, and adherence to policies to enhance response quality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment of service centers or identify partner agencies for prompt after-sales support.
  • Provide technical assistance on after-sales related issues.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are documented and resolved within predetermined timeframes.
  • Manage dealer activities, including stock management, invoicing, and payments.
  • Maintain data on potential opportunities for expansion, diversification, and new markets or geographies.
