Market Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Market Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for expanding our market share and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Develop new markets, expand product share, and collect market information and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate sales contracts that align with company interests, track order execution, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer relationships, communicate regularly, understand customer needs, provide solutions, handle inquiries and feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Familiarize yourself with international trade contract terms and manage contracts and orders effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Hold a Business or Life Sciences degree and possess professional knowledge to support international market development and customer service.
  • Be culturally adaptable, work in cross-cultural environments, communicate and negotiate with international clients, and possess time management and organizational skills.
