We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Channel Partner.
- Exceed recruitment targets for new agency leaders and agent enrollments, focusing on EC, MDRT, and CEO council agents throughout the unit.
- Enhance the quality and quantity of recruitment by developing successful leaders, creating a mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents.
- Maintain a competitive edge by regularly monitoring regional competition on various measures, such as new strategies and compensation models.
- Develop and supervise Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to meet plan goals and follow growth leadership practices, ensuring adherence to sales and service standards.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and planning (PRP) for the team, formulating development plans, meeting training needs, and communicating with team members regularly.
- Handhold, develop, and supervise team members to achieve success, building a chain of successful leaders.
- Recruitment numbers, including AFYP and number of cases in the team.
- Agent satisfaction survey, accuracy and timeliness of information.
