We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers for home loans and other mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers for home loans primarily and other mortgage products.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage relationships with channel partners like real estate agents, developers, and mortgage brokers to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • A degree from any stream is required
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI sector
  • Freshers can also apply

Additional Requirements:

  • Open to travel
  • Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for male candidates
