About the Job:
The Company is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join its growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing channel partner relationships, establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Identify Real Estate Channel Partners according to business requirements
* Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
* Coordinates company resources to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations
* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
* Proactively leads joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
* Sells through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources
* Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
* Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
* Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
* Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
* Proactively recruits new qualifying partners
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
* Thorough understanding of the industry
* Exceptional communication skills
* Flexible to travel to partner locations
* Solution-oriented outlook
* Ability to build lasting relationships
