Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned High-Value Sales Manager to lead the closing process for luxury real estate transactions. This role involves guiding high-net-worth clients through the transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the entire transaction process from contract to closing date.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant legal documents and contracts.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues during the transaction process and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of transaction documents before finalizing deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven transaction success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
