Job Title: Luxury Sales Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and well-networked luxury sales professional to lead the sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels with ticket sizes exceeding INR 15 Cr.

The role encompasses prime markets as well as holiday home destinations with a strong focus on the resale luxury market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage high-value client relationships to foster trust-driven long-term engagement.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels with ticket sizes exceeding INR 15 Cr.
  • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai (including resale) and holiday home belts.
  • Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns, media spends, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market with ticket sizes exceeding INR 15 Cr.
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri – South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions.
  • Network: Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong network for luxury sales.
